She dealt with my life changes and needs in a home with stride and worked all hours to find a home for my family and I. She was always available and had outstanding communication. Questions were answered fast and I never felt blown off. I went through 4 realtors till I was recommend to her and honestly felt I was finally being taken care of when I started to work with her. There was never an issue of not felling like the agent was listening or only showing me what they wanted to push which I had been through with previous agents. She helped me locate and purchase a foreclosed home, never a fun process but she was persistent that we would find one in my budget and with what I wanted in a home. I will and have already recommended her as an agent. And I intend to use her services in the future.

She worked very quickly, was always in communication about details I hadn't even thought of and on several occasions rolled up her sleeves to problem-solve. She did all of this with the most positive of attitudes and was (and continues to be) an absolute delight to work with. I cannot recommend her more highly!

Elinor was an excellent realtor. I was a first time homebuyer and she made the experience pleasant with her knowledge, patience and "hand-holding". Was very quick to respond to emails and was always available via cell phone to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Elinor also listed the rental I was in while looking for a home. She went above and beyond by also coordinating with the property owners of the rental to ensure I could remain at the residence while loan was being processed. For the new home purchase, she provided all the coordination between the listing agent, contractors for repairs that needed to be done and the loan officers. I literally showed up to meet inspectors and sign the final paperwork. Excellent, excellent job on her part. If and when I ever decide to sell and buy another home I would definitely secure Elinor as my realtor. From a very happy renter to homeowner! Thank you, Ellie!!

Ellie is an incredible realtor to work with, and we highly recommend her. She recently helped us find and purchase our new home in Calvert County. Figuring out our financing, selling our former home (on which multiple contracts unexpectedly fell through), finding our new home, and negotiating its purchase all turned out to be lengthy and complicated (much more so than we had anticipated), but Ellie was incredibly patient, very responsive, and always very reassuring. She worked with us for months and showed us a huge number of homes, and she always encouraged us to take the time to make a decision we were happy with. She researched and provided helpful information about each property we were interested in, and was very encouraging and patient when we started to get overwhelmed and/or discouraged with the process. She was also very knowledgeable and detail-oriented with the contract negotiation process and with working through the sale itself. Ellie helped us work through a major unexpected issue with our financing when our former home sale fell through, and was calm and encouraging throughout. And she has remained in touch, continuing to help us with referrals and information on our new area. She is also very knowledgeable about the area, having grown up in southern Maryland. And she was very kind to our young children (who were along with us for most of the house hunting process and who grew very fond of her). We were thrilled with her work and were so happy we found her!
